Depending on the type of meter installed in your home, you may have a flat price for all energy used in a day or have a day/night price.All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and Cents.
We will protect your Energy Rate for 3 years from the date you switch to us. Price Protection only applies to your Energy Rate/s and excludes charges for Delivery. The price you pay for the Delivery of your electricity depends on where you live in New Zealand. Delivery is separate from your Energy Rate and includes Network Services, Metering and Billing and Administration Charges.
We have committed to give you Price Protection on your Energy Rate for 3 years but if you decide to leave Pulse Energy you can do so free of charge by providing us with 30 days notice. If you do not give this notice then an Early Termination Fee of $150 would apply.
We will flow through the Network Services charges for the entire time you are a customer with us
