FAQs

Will I be on a contract? If so, how long?

No, you will not be locked into a fixed-term contract with us. You are free to move or switch at any time. 

If you receive a sign-up credit, you will need to stay with us for 12 months to keep it. If you leave within that time, the credit will be added to your final bill.

What happens if I move house or cancel early with a sign-up credit?

Moving house with us is easy. In most cases, we can transfer your Pulse Energy account to your new address, and you can keep your sign-up credit. 

If you decide to leave before the 12 months is up, the sign-up credit will be added  to your final bill. 

How and when will I receive my sign-up credit?

Your sign-up credit will be added straight to your Pulse Energy account, so there is nothing extra you need to do. You will see it on your first invoice. 

Are there any conditions to keep the sign-up credit?

Yes. To keep your sign-up credit, you will need to stay connected with Pulse Energy for 12 months. 

Are the rates fixed for 12 months as well?

No, your rates are separate from the sign-up credit. If they do change, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice. 

Can the sign-up credit be paid out as cash?

No, the sign-up credit can only be used on your Pulse Energy account. It cannot be paid out as cash or transferred in another way.
